Some of the toughest clients I have are those with thinning hair or patchy bald spots. It is a problem that faces so many people and it doesn't discriminate between men OR women. Clients ask me again and again, "Is there a product out there that really works?". Until now, I would tell them that there was nothing on the market that was very effective. I was always extremely skeptical of a company who claimed it could help with thinning hair. In all my years in the industry, I have never been one to push products on my clients. I have always kept a neutral stance when it comes to products so as not to upset a client if they didn't like the product.
